Messi has even said himself he might move to midfield later on to prolong his career.
Hes pretty much already a midfielder since he has to move into that position almost every game since we dont have any creator in midfield anymore.

Yet we don't have enough funds for a backup for the LW, RW position and a central forward. Not to forget there are already several player who can cover those two positions like Denis, Rafinha, heck even Arda.

Those players could play there but they are not wide forwards in the barca style. Also Suarez needs and actual number nine backup because he's the only player of that type in the team.

I know we have limited money but ideally we need a starting right back, backup winger in the Barcelona style (think pedro type player) and a backup nine

AS cover: Gabriel Jesus is closer to Real Madrid. He'll cost €24M + €10M in commission + 1.5 year loan to Palmeiras.

Reports in Brazil say that Palmeiras view Real Madrid the only club they'll negotiate Gabriel Jesus with. [jugones]
