Xavi himself is not able to play regulary anymore. He should be phased out in the next couple of seasons. I think he may call it a day after the 2016 Euro.

Besides, his role in the team is getting bigger every season, Xavi is getting older, and Manchester United has gone from EPL #1 club led by an icon manager to not even a title contender.

Why should we be concerned about what club he joins Man U's problems are Man U's problem.. . They are the team willing to pay big for our flop. He should be sold. People don't understand much politics here, it's not like the board doesn't want to let go Cesc, he has powerful allies in the team someone like Messi. If Messi dosn't like Cesc he will be gone long time ago. People underestimate Messi's influence, most of it positive but some of it negative too.
