Agreed that he should stay with our B team. But if he is part of a deal to land Rakitic, then he'd better be out on loan, not sold to them to sweeten up the deal.

But then again, you can never underestimate the level of stupidity flowing through our front office.

He has a clause that says he needs to be promoted to the first team so it's either a loan or a place in the tribuna.

Halilovic won't join Sevilla and I don't believe there will be a buy option on Suárez either. Our board might be incompetent but they're not stupid.

Reus absolutely positively won't be leaving Dortmund this summer. Perhaps next year, but we're most likely stuck with a transferban then anyway so it won't matter.

So Rakitic and Bravo will probably be officially announced this week then, and we're probably going to start closing the deal on Cuadrado as well? Okay stuff so far, but still very curious on how we're going to solve the CB issue. I think we'll sign a lesser known player and the press won't pick up on it before it's basically a done deal. All big name CBs are ruled out, so there's no reason to pay over-price for some mid-tier CB from another big club who will jack the price up artificially high just because we're desperate to take anyone. Hopefully our scouts have found some good candidates.
