There's no CAM. He could only play instead of Ribery, which is unlikely to happen, or instead of Thiago as the offensive part of the two CMs. It is certainly not the best system to accomodate him.

Call me outdated or conventional, but I still believe that a 3-4-3 has got to have 3 actual CBs to more or less work. But then I'm no Pep Guardiola...

No, Martinez will either be the center CB or one of the outfield CBs, which would move Badstuber in the middle, since he is probably the best CB in Europe when it comes to opening up the gameplay (if in form). But he's rather slow. So in the middle this particular weakness would be covered.

So happy they got rid of Heynckes. Pep is trying to mold players into his system rather than make a system that fits the players. It's insane.

Rummenigge has officially declared that Bayern's team is now complete for the season, due to Pep being content with what he has.
