Cesc failed to play the CM role at Barcelona but he was always great as an attacking Midfielder and played some good games as a false 9.
Ozil won't solve any of our problems, he's an AM and can't play Xavi's role either!

I think cesc slows play down to much to be a number 10 but I think we could squeeze him in somewhere

Definitely started quiet this game... his form seemed to pick up quite a bit though in the 2nd half before he was taken out.

At least it shows that his recent form isn't far out of reach, even when he's playing a little below his A-game he can still step it back up.
