His "celebration" of that first goal reminded me a lot of the celebration of his goal against Ireland at the EC last summer. He looked more annoyed than happy.

My favourite goal of the Euros. Only an exceptional player could've scored a belter like that :)

But yeah, I was thinking the same thing about his celebration. I reckon he sets pretty high standards for himself as he knows, just as we do, what he is capable of, and to fail at reaching must surely frustrate the hell out of him.

Yeah, that's a shame, but I knew he would put some quality to that position. Now that Messi knows that, he will put in more effort and will score like 15 goals in every match or so. :D

First of all, their last season's successful partnership and chemistry which is being mentioned is when Messi and Cesc both played as forwards. So you're incorrect to begin with. And nobody ever said one of them should be used as a winger, so your other remark is incorrect, as well. Seeing that your entire premise is incorrect to begin with, you can imagine how I value the rest of your post.

If I cared enough, I'd go through your posts and try to count how many of them are not anti-Fabregas. You should stop trying to prove your point, since everyone knows what you're gonna say just by seeing your username.

You are manipulating facts. Messi and Cesc both played in a good chemistery in the first half of the season and we were playing 3-4-3 in nearly most of the matches. Messi was not a winger in that period. Both Messi and Cesc were playing nearly in the same position. Messi a little front Fabregas a little behind. And they were switching the front and behind role during the matches. Yes it worked for them I do not ignore that. However did it work for the whole team? I mean did 3-4-3 work for the whole team. If it worked, why Pep didn't use 3-4-3 expect Chelsea match in the second half. Why Tito did not used 3-4-3 this year?

Chemistery of two player sometimes does not show the whole situation. The most important thing is the chemistery of the team. It is not important what I say or you say. If Fabregas can do what he did yesterday against big teams, be sure that no one can say a bad word against him. It is all about this.

Many people in this forum say that you hate Cesc so you think like that. Look at my previous posts. Did I say I hate Cesc? NO!!! It is not about emotions. It is about my tactical thoughts. For the opposite writers I do not say that you are a Messi,Xavi,İniesta hater or Cesc fanboy.

This forum is here in order to share our ideas and thoughts about FC Barcelona. You can be more comprehensive against different ideas. Precluding different ideas is not a good way of discussion. You do not need to except the opposite idea but you can esteem them. Easy way is to judge a person as Cesc hater.

Man of the match for me, an amazing performance. However as much as it saddens me, there is still no role for him in the starting 11,when Messi is fit.

We should play like this (like with pep) :

---------- Valdes ----------
--- Alves - Bartra - Pique ---
-------- Busquets ----------
--- Xavi --------- Iniesta ---
-------- Fabregas ---------
Alexis --- Messi --- Villa

(Of curse, if Fabregas gets back to his form). I prefer this composition than the one with Iniesta on the left wing. Just say to Alves to stay at his place.
