It's kinda sad that Cesc is so completely committed to Barca that he plays while his first child is being born. You are right but the problem I have right now with him is that when he is played in midfield he doesn't control the game the way we need him to ( the way xavi does ) Still though I think he can come good in that regard once he gets more time in midfield.

Nobody is questioning his commitment. We are questioning whether he's justifying his price tag. And stop with these "true fans" BS. There is no place on this forum for holier than thou's. And every player on this team would miss the birth of their child to play in such an important game not just Cesc.

As Stric pointed out in the Iniesta thread, perhaps Iniesta could take up a Xavi role as the years role by.

Thus Cesc wouldn't have to become a xavi like conductor.
