Definitely wasn't a good game from him... But with that being said, he's playing better than any of our current midfielders. At least so far.

For years now our system tends to emphasize our players weaknesses rather than their strength, with the exception of a few players. Not surprised he's doing well in England (just like Alexis) but odds are he would be just as bad as our midfielders were he still at Barça.

He's playing very good football under a brilliant manager who knows how to get the best out of his players. He must be enjoying it.

Supposedly played Liverpool with a dodgy hamstring, and still managed to cover the most ground, even if he wasn't all that effective. But as I've said in the past, we can cover for him not playing his best, that's what's good. He may be out for a few games now, having played with the injury.

It is easier to look good in the Premier League for a player like him, Sanchez too looks incredible for Arsenal. At Barca both looked out of their depth. As bad as we are now we are still in contention for La Liga and topping our champions league group so we can still win titles if things improve, and as bad as we are now I still think we are better than everyone except Bayern & Real.
