Bayern vs Madrid on Bernabeu in the last 2 games:

2 pens. not given
1 red card for the opponent not given
2 offside goals for the opponent.

They basically took 2 goals from Bayern (almost) and added them to Madrid.

As shit as we are, we need to thrash RM in the next match to send out a message that they may win the CL but they aren't better than us, and that luck has been heavily favoring them.

Were you expecting anything less? :papaperez:

Bayern though, shot themselves in the leg in both legs.

In 2005, Liverpool were down by 3 goals against AC Milan but went on to even the score over the course of 20 minutes winning it on penalties. It’s been many years since Liverpool won some significant silverware and this year could very well belong to them.

In 2005 they had a better balanced team, now look at their back line, it's Europa League level. I'm afraid it might be a no contest between Pool and RM in the final.

We already did that. Didn't we beat them in the league and spanked them 3-0 on Bernabeu?

Still remember that gerrard dive in that final, so you need to have refs on your side for big things

Refs can definitely determine outcomes. In my opinion, UEFA Champions League would rather Liverpool win. The Premier League fan base around the world is significant and Liverpool are a favourite among fans. The last five years, the finals have been dominated largely by 3 La Liga clubs. It would be a boost to the UEFA Champions League brand to have Liverpool win.

Back line is weak yes but offensively Liverpool are younger and faster in the front. Scoring goals is all that counts and Liverpool currently look more likely to score more goals than Real Madrid.
