Face it? Like you're facing the cup records I gave you? Liga results are well documented. Cups are a completely different story and there the Messi factor becomes far less significant and the split is pretty much even.

The bullying is a funny argument. Would actually challenge you to name any club you consistently "bully" in the CL, but it's probably not needed, we know how things are. So yeah Queenie, face it, you're a league team ;)

Ah, forgot about the Copa. You can have that and the parade as well. :arthur:

They look miserable.

Fuck, I can't believe Liverpool and their fans have become so arrogant.

I think Pathetico will get beat badly but PSG, Juve, Bayern and Real have a chance against Liverpool.

They are European Champions, probably soon to be World Champions and are walking the Premier League, why is it arrogant to think you are the best when you are proving/proved it?

For the record i don't think they are the best, i believe a fully functioning Manchester City (their treble winning team of last season) are the best in Europe, but Liverpool don't fear anyone and if they play a PSG/Juventus/Bayern/Madrid they would be favorites.

Why we made more than others?

There are several factors like the results in the group (reason why Bayern is topping the charts and Real is behind PSG), the TV pool, the bullshit coefficient that allows Inter to win more money than Atalanta while being eliminated, etc.

One win in the group is 2,7 M€ and a draw 0,9M. And then there is a sum shared among the clubs in a group but the method of calculations has not been shared.

Yeah. People are painting Liverpool as an unbeatable beast. They are definitely beatable. And by different teams. They are just the most consistent and relentless team at the moment. They don't strike me as a "great" team, a legendary team.

Away from home, they have certainly lost quite a lot but, at home, they blew you away. One thing i noticed is they don't even seem to be "that" good at Anfield either. But your team seems to becomes bad, very bad, almost unable to play football. This is their strength.

As a PSG fan, i can't say there are good draws for us. We can prolly win 4-0 against anyone but lose 5-0 in the second leg even against Atalanta. Dortmund can definitely score quite a few goal against us. I just hope for the whole team and Neymar particularly to be on good form. He can win us game by his own talent. With Mbappé, they could exploit the Dortmund defence.

I dunno why people treat Spurs as a threat for the CL win. Spurs had their lucky run, Lucas scoring goals out of nowhere but it is over. It is a good team but not CL winner material.

And i don't give a single chance to City to win against Real Madrid. Dunno why but it is the tie i'm the most sure of the outcome with Lyon-Juventus and Barça Napoli.

City will beat Madrid easy in my opinion, Madrid are tailor made for a high scoring beating, more so than any other elite team, i don't rate Zidane tactically, i think they will come out 2nd in most individual duels, won't dictate the middle of the park but will try to attack (but not too good) and carry on attacking and fall right into City's hands, they've lost Ronaldo, have an aging squad and going through a transitional faze, only chance i give them is if Bale is fit and can roll back the years.

Liverpool are great because they have 1 (some believe the best) of the top 3 goalkeepers in the world, they have the best CB in the world and 3 of the top 6 best defenders in the world according to a recent poll i saw (VVD/TAA/Robinson), one of the best DMF in Fabihno, awesome forward line (Salah/Firmino/Mane) that are in synch with each other and their full backs attack like Roberto Carlos on both sides and one as an aweome range of passing comparable with KDB, they press like Pep's Barcelona without the ball and in general function like machine, so i disagree they are a great side in one of the best I've seen in the Premier League, but like all sides they are beatable, i can't see any team other than City doing that right now over 2 legs though.

I said a few days ago, if City played them in the Champions League last season i think 7 times out of 10 Liverpool would have lost, a well functioning City are very similar to Liverpool in how they attack/press, but in my opinion they have better individuals, when KDB is on it and defense is on it, Aguero is on it, aswell as the pace of Sterling/Sane out wide they are quite unbeatable, their bench options is almost cheating.

I think the bolded part is the key here. Liverpool are a great team even without anyone stepping up immensely or "being on it". Barcelona are the exact opposite of that right now. City I guess somewhere in between. And that is why our consistency is so bad compared to Liverpool. If we could guarantee our stars being on fire and theirs as well, we would win against them 7/10 but it's not the case these days.

We didn't bully anyone in CL because we didn't draw Madrid.

Styles matter a lot. Barcelona under Messi is a nightmare match-up for Madrid. The same way Atletico was a great match-up for you, and a bad match-up for Barcelona.

Tell me which other team in the world goes to Bernabeu and hands trashings to Real Madrid on almost yearly basis?

It's hilarious how Wolfe tries to angle in a jab at Barca (from players to management to board) in literally any topic and gets absolutely butt hurt when I delineate factual evidence that we have made Madrid our punching bag since the R10 days and especially in the Messi era. All this on a Barca forum.

We've literally averaged 2.5-3 goals a game at the Bernabeu in the last 10 years. The one time we faced off in the CL in the era I'm referencing, we sent your two golden boys (CR7 and Mou) back to the cleaners. The 5-0 wasn't bad, either.

You have such an inferiority complex to Barca that Rakitic and Busquets (who can't even dominate Roma) dominate the midfield versus your CL winning trio almost every time. Not to mention, Rakitic has a habit of dropping golazos, lol.

Bad match up for Barca in CL but we trashed them in LaLiga. Few years ago Atletico was much stronger. Same as Barca and Real.

Yep, pretty favourable league matchup, pretty even cup matchup. 3W, 3D, 3L in Cups in the Messi era, 2 losses coming in finals (factual evidence Queenie!). Soz lads, but your dreamy theory that you'd not bottle a two-game tie like you always do, just doesn't hold ground without evidence. Zero equivalence between meetings across league and cup competitions.

Here's some data:

18 W, 10 D, 10 L in favor of Barca across LL, CL, and CDR since 2005.

Almost 2 to 1. Which other top team in Europe can claim that?

 Exactly. People can cherry pick stats all they like, but we have DOMINATED the Clasico (with some huge scorelines too) in the last 10-15 years. Even the most deluded Madrid fan can’t deny that.
