Lyon rotating pretty heavily. Currently up 1-0 vs Strasbourg.

Marcelo was subbed off after just 17 minutes.

If Dembele isn't match fit by then, Malcolm should start in his place. Cou is struggling pretty bad right now.

My Starting XI

(4-3-3) MATS---Bob, Pique, Lenglet, Alba---Rakitic, Busi, Arthur---Messi, Suarez, Malcom

-Dembele doesn't look like making it so I would put Malcom
-I don't care how we win (offside goal, penalty, dodgy ref call, last minute winner, whatever) just fking win!

not getting an away goal is going to fuck us in the ass.. i'll be so gutted if we do go out with a score draw after the amount of chances we had in that first leg. usually im concerned about our defense but for the first time in a long while im more concerned about our attack

totally agree with Malcom starting also, he deserves the chance + hes played vs Lyon before in Ligue 1 so we have some experience there

I don't feel entirely confident about this one even though we're playing at Camp nou. Guess that's the Ernie effect.

Fekir is back and they have seen all these messed up results. They will be coming with confidence. We can't take them lightly. They only need a few counters and we are screwed.

Valverde and the seniors have introduced so much doubt in the club...I mean we should be beating Lyon under normal circumstances... But we have come to the point where we are worried about a home game against Lyon

Malcolm starting ..you have to be joking...He will be rested so that he can be fresh for the crucial part of the season, Coutinho to start..why him when we have Messi :valverde:

We need Messi to step it up here like last year vs Chelsea. We need 3 gowls since they will be on the counter and probably score atleast 1. Cant go on the last 15 minutes with a 2-1 or something, all over them for 3 goals is necesary. Worst thing we could see is slow complacent barca since this already is rone 2.0 in the making with the 0-0.

Psg out, Madrid out, Atletico/Juve out, Bayern/Liverpool out.
This means if we go trough we will be like a top 3 favourite to win.
Cant let this slip.

Lol. Malcom has played 10 mins in the last month. Valverde has destroyed this player. If Dembele is injured Valverde will continue to use Coutinho instead of him like he did all season, irrespective of Coutinho playing like shit as a winger. That's the kind of stupid manager he is.

Not that stupid to me. We need Coutinho to turn things around to win CL more than we need Malcom top-performing to win it.
A goal or assists in Lyon-game could turn Coutinhos stay here upside down. Malcom will never reach Coutinho/Dembele-level anyway.

That said, I agree that it is a tragedy to see Malcom play 0 minutes, he is too good for that.

Or Coutinho could play like he is playing and be the main player on Lyon's counter attacks.
