Bravo: "I didn't join CHL because I've been playing a lot. And my wife is pregnant, past weeks were bad, didn't want to leave her alone."

Bravo: "Ter Stegen insists he wants to play more? No problem, everyone can say what he wants. I focus on doing my job the best I can." [md]

How else could he answer such a question?

''Yes,Ter Stegen should play more,i don't know why Lucho is giving me the starting position,he should just bench me to please him regardless of my play''

The original in castellano doesn't sound that bad. And he was directly asked, not much else he could had said.

Yup, looks like it.

Barcelona goalkeeper Bravo got injured during training yesterday and won't be able to play against Atletico on Saturday. [sport]

Fuck can we catch a break already. Been 5 games and we down at least 5 players over the time. Bravo better not have anything serious.

At least we have a great back-up in Ter Stegen.

I do trust Bravo more than Ter Stegen, but this could really be a blessing in disguise, with the German now having a possible 6 games on the trot to build some confidence.
If there's one injury I really don't mind a whole lot, then this is it.

Assuming Ter Stegen doesn't get injured as well, that is.

So, ter Stegen gets the same chance that Bravo got at the beginning of last season. Back then ter Stegen was injured, and BrVo "won" the job that way. Time for the German to step up and deliver.

It's not that I don't trust ter Stegen to step up, as he's obviously able to handle big games in goal (As he did all of last season), but this luck with injuries is worrisome. Mats obviously won't get the same opportunity to be #1 that Bravo had as he's not Lucho's signing but this could be a great chance for him to win himself back some of the stock he lost in the last couple of games.
