Yes i will never forget the defeat against them in confoderations cup 2017, very hardworking player, the Atletico version of nts. Oh yes i forgot that.

Venezuela have been massively improving in recent years. They are no longer whipping boys - let's hope they can keep it going. They and Bolivia are further down the table but they're not that far off the higher spots. Bolivia of course benefit from playing at altitude at home.

They seemed to have a good generation around the same time as the Belgian golden generation came along. These two countries players' were technically in their peaks from about 2014-2019 or so.
