Tello deserve to start ahead of both Alexis and Pedro but I donno what the hell Tito is thinking really. He's been given much less minutes compare to the other two but was much more effective than them both everytime he's been given a chance.

He has been effective against the poorest teams in the league and added to that he has the majority of the season on his preferred left hand side. Pedro and Sanchez did not get that.

You make it sound like tello had an easy ride, tello was benched for most of the big games and sat out for the rest. I swear if any one of Tello, Thiago, montoya leaves, tito deserve to be crucified. Dont know what the fans are waiting on, they should already have out their white handkerchiefs

All three of Tello, Pedro and Sanchez look better on the left hand side. Tello was the only one who got that all season.

He played in the easier games also.

Nothing for me showed that he is better on the left than Sanchez and Pedro.

First, he only played the "easy" games because Tito doesn't have the guts to use him in "hard" games.
In those matches everytime Tello received the ball he drove it into the opposition 18 yard box... what did Pedro/Alexis do all season that made u think they were better on the LW?

The moves Tello does at 1:05 are ones Pedro & Alexis haven't done all season... against any type of opponent. Both Pedro/Alexis scored this past weekend but all were through balls and finishes. They haven't created goals or attacks for themselves or driven the team forward like Messi does with dribbling. He has the skill to play on both flanks and I wish we could see Neymar - Messi - Tello but...

Tello has not yet at all shown that he can help break down the better defences that sit deeper.

Sanchez in the last 10 games of the season showed he has more than Tello as would Pedro on the left.

Sorry dude I gotta give you an LOL for that. Scoring a few unimportant goals don't make up for doing absolutely nothing all season. Pedro and Alexis played 2 to 3 times more minutes than Tello yet he had 8 goals and 7 assists in all competitions. Only Alexis has a few more in each department because he's been playing nearly every minute of the last few matches. Giving Tello crappy 10 minutes at the end of matches is no way to judge him either. What could Tello have done against better defenses? We'll never know. But with his stats he deserved the opportunity to show us what he could have done.

Pedro: 3023 minutes, 8 goals, 7 assists in all competitions
Alexis (primarily a RW): 2144 minutes, 10 goals, 12 assists in all competitions
David Villa: 1948 minutes, 15 goals, 5 assists
Tello: 1344 minutes, 8 goals, 7 assists in all competitions

Given at least the amount of minutes of Alexis he would surly surpass his stats so your logic has no ground.

Tello being favoured in those figures if he plays in his best position and against the weakest teams.

Go and look at who Tello got those goals/assists against.

lol that's all the argument you have left, and it's a stupid one at that. Who did Pedro & Alexis gets their goals/assists against? Bayern? Milan? Madrid? Celtic? Valencia? Atletico? Nope.
Tello doesn't control when he plays he does what he can when he gets to play. Based on his turn around he more than earned his place on the LW.

OK take away the games against the top teams - Madrid and the knockout stages of the CL and compare the players then.

You get the stats -
Sanchez scored 11 and assisted 13 in around 1700 minutes. Goal/assist around every 70 minutes.
Tello scored 8 goals and 7 assists in around 1280 minutes. Goal/assist around every 85 minutes.

A higher percentage of Tello stats came against the relegation candidates in La Liga.

Before Tello deserves to take on the top teams he has to out perform the likes of Sanchez against the rest.

Which despite what you seem to think, did not happen.

This is my last post directed to you as it seems you just want to be argue without any real merit behind your thoughts.

Pedro: 3023 minutes, 8 goals, 7 assists in all competitions (1 goal every 377.8 minutes)
Alexis (primarily a RW): 2144 minutes, 10 goals, 12 assists in all competitions (1 goal every 214.4 minutes)
David Villa: 1948 minutes, 15 goals, 5 assists (1 goal every 129.8 minutes)
Tello: 1344 minutes, 8 goals, 7 assists in all competitions (1 goal every 168 minutes)

None of these players decide when they can or can't play so that is a moot point. The only comparison that can be made is success with time given and with that Tello deserved to be played a lot more. Alexis plays on the RW so there wouldn't really be a direct threat to his starting place but surely Pedro should have been benched with those numbers. Benching either would have been fine because those slight increases in goals/assists has happened after all competitions are wrapped up.

For a start your stats are wrong no matter how much you highlight them.

Sanchez has 11 goals and 13 assists.

The second point is that Sanchez performs better against the the mid/smaller teams.

Surely Tello has to do better against those teams before overtaking Sanchez?
