He just needs some playing experience, but it comes with time. He should improve his decisions definentaly, at some point he didn't know what he was going to do etc.

He's great as a sub against teams playing high defensive lines! #notgoingtohypehimuptoomuchbuthesabeast

Seriously? Who scores a brace in his CL debut? Promote him now!

He should have passed to Pedro, I wanted him to score so badly. He's forgiven though, he saw a chance for a hat trick in his first CL game, every other player would have been selfish in that situation. And it's not like we needed that goal badly.

Definitely got room to improve though... Hope he works hard and Pep is here long enough to develop him into a beast

He fits perfectly into this team, there is no way Pep can leave him off the team list ever again.

Not all players get the opportunity to fully develop their skills at the appropriate level. Examples: Messi, Iniesta, Busquets, Pedro. Because they became able to improve the first team, he club was forced to promote them too young, when they still had a lot to learn. Even though it might have been better for their development to play 90 minutes every week for Barca B.

For the rest of this season, Tello can start a couple of games a month, come in as a substitute in most of the other games. That will be enough playing time to permit him to continue to develop. After May 25, he can get his last few starts for Barca B, then play at the Olympics. Get formally promoted for next season. Of course, Messi and Alexis are keepers, but some of the other first team forwards must leave this summer to open up playing time.
