CR is an incredible player. He is just playing in a generation dominated by one of the greatest (if not, the greatest) the sport has seen. He would've won a balon d'or multiple times if he didn't play in same generation as Messi.


While it sucks that Messi didn't win as a Barca fan, this can be great motivation for Messi. It would be incredible to see him go back to that unstoppable form he had in '10-'12.
