I never understood how some ppl can be so f*king moneyhungry, they get paid insane amount of money, 1000x more than a regular job , and they want even more money..

As much as I like alves here, and as important as he is to barca, if he acts like a moneyhungry whore I can just say fk off.

football has become a moneyhungry game. our players are not exactly divas they are much more media shy and respectful than most professional footballers. however, they are still paid obscene amounts of money to do what they do. if you are already paying that much to a player, what is another million? if it ensures that the future of the club is stable and successful, then i say just give the player what they want. it would be different if alves wasn't such a good fit for the club, but he is. and there's no other player in the world who gives us what dani does at this moment in time. you know what they say...a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush. we should stop being idiotic and just give dani what he wants. seriously when you are already paying that much, another million is literally peanuts.

dunno what u talking about but r u saying he is as key to the team as xavi and ineista because if u believe that u are deluded. i understand he is key to the team right now but he is a mercenary unlike xavi and ineista or any homegrown player and if he wants a contract higher than he should get the club cannot be held handicap to every single player who thinks he deserves a raise.

i was gona say this, but i haven't seen that amount of money in my life so i think we'll leave it to the people that do

Am with Alvis moving to another team , and the one who can replace him is avilable in Barca's list , ADERIANO can do even a better job at that position if he only have the chance
am sure that he will be a great add to the team.

i think it does be the brittish press makin this crap up. sure they had us goin for aaron lennon and ashley young before. richards looked like a player with great potential a couple of seasons ago, but man city's money men wrecked his career there. i seriousley doubt barcelona will be his next stop, unless its a holiday to see the beautiful city. he'll go to arsenal or villa, maybe even everton. either way take no notice of this story. they want alves if they get him richards will be there 3rd choice rb.
