Everyone is still sour from the 2.1 million move. Who does that? And it's even worse we are letting Valdes go for free. Where is Tee Steven!!?

Adios David!

We'll never forget your key goals:

- The double against Real in the Manita match
- The wonder strike to give us a crucial away goal in the Supercopa against Real
- The epic free kick against Milan in CL
- The epic curler to give us the lead against Milan in CL
- The nail in the coffin against Man United to win the CL

I don't care about how much we sold him for we did a favor to him left it up to him. It's better he stays in Spain and gives Real and us some competition, it will help him stay in shape for the national team too playing in Spain.

We will never know what would happen last season if he didn't break his leg, I reckon we would of beat Chelsea with some of his finishing. Anyway all the best to the best Spanish striker ever.

I'm very glad he stayed in Spain. I was hoping he'd go to Atletico. I hope he does well. :) In fact, I hope he does so damn well that he shows Rosell and the gang what idiots they were to sell him cheap, or even to sell him at all.

Calma, calma
Henry's carreer practically ended when he moved to the US. Villa is still an active player so no reason to move the thread.

Makes sense. At first I thought it was an age thing.

So are you implying that Abidal's career has practically ended? :p

Pretty much, he's not going to Monaco to secure a spot with France in the WC or make a name for himself as one of the best left backs in the world. He's just getting the last desires of being a football player out of his system before he moves on.

And besides that Abidal will, with his heroic health issues and more, always have a more legendary status among Barcelona fans than Villa. Which doesn't mean that we won't move Villa's thread in the future, but it just doesn't feel like he's left. Still in La Liga etc..

So Henry's thread is in Barca History while Villa's is in Other Players

hmm......

Henry went to USA, they play football with their hands over there. Abi and Villa still play in strong leagues and good teams and not retirement homes :beer2:
