Barcelona knew he was damaged and would never be even close to what he once was, thats why they let him go.
I remember many were critisizing the sale to atletico but now it actually looks very good.
And about the celebrating the goal, look, he can celebrate all he wants, i really don't mind, i also don't mind if he gets booed and whistled like hell everytime he plays at the nou camp now.

He was sold for cheap because of his wages, but he would have been sold regardless.
I like Villa, but he is broken, and at his age he will never fully be fit again.

Have you guy's watched At Madrid at all? Villa has been a key part in the link up and form of At Madrid. His movement is helping Costa massively. He's been below par on this finishing(could have another 5 goals easily) but overall he's had a good season so far.
3 goals an an assist in 9 matches whilst not being the out and out striker and not taking pens is a decent return.

He clearly isn't having a good season so far. I do hope that will change, though.
