Erling Haaland

I can understand that Haaland wants to leave coming summer. He is scoring goals for fun and breaking records in Champions League. One year without CL is not satisfying for him as he is very competitive and I'm sure he wants to break every scoring record, beating all time greats like Leo and CR.

If he wants to have the agony of choice he'll have to wait until 2022 though. His buyout is more affordable than anything Dortmund will ask this summer and the financial state of clubs should become better once everyone in Europe had the choice of getting a vaccine.

There are 8 games left in the league, Dortmund's hope to secure a CL spot is very much alive. They are 4 points behind the 4th place Frankfurt and 8 points behind 3rd place Wolfsburg, if Haaland keeps scoring they should be able to make it despite their defense, I think. Leverkusen has lost momentum.

I really hope we won't pay 150 or 200 millions
Nothing to do with our financial situation, we simply need to stop being brainless.
Buying players yes, but by using the brain (something we have been allergic to in recent years)... fuck off really, the club needs to regain honour and I'm fed up with paying more and more for these whores
Do you want to play with us ? yes we will pay you very well, BUT with limits. You want more ? no problem, knock on the door of another club and sell your fucking ass to someone else
Much better rely to our cantera and build a strong scouting networks all around the world as have done Bayern.

Once Dortmund gets eliminate by City, then they will win all the remaining games and qualify for CL.

As for Haaland, it's reported by Frabrizio and others that he is happy at Dortmund and would not mind staying there another season.
CAn't see this happening until summer 2022.
If one is moving this summer is Mpabe, and even for him it's dubious

His first goal was better than Messi's Nigeria WC goal and the second one was quintessential Cristiano goal, best of both worlds!

no way. that messi goal was perfect

first goal execution was very good by haaland, but jesus christ what a terrible attempt at defending from jorge mere. he wanted to cares haaland until the norwegian went to sleep? some shambolic defending there

Have to say I prefer Haalands goal to that. While Messi has some unique suave in his control, Haaland took it with his back to the goal and a defender up his arse with just 2 Bergkamp touches. Quite difficult to get a chance from there.

This guy is tremendous. He is like a more direct version of Ibra. Great technique and tremendous physical gifts. Only player in the world I would break the bank for.
Forget Neymar and Mbappe this is the man for us.
