Players like Haaland, Mbappe etc you are going to have that baggage around them. You do with almost any superstar.
If we couldn't get Haaland I'd try and get a top-class winger in Gnabry or Raphinha instead.
well, I am quite sure you can rule this one out unless you offer him some crazy salary
im afraid were going to bankrupt the club trying to sign this kid
500m for messi was one thing, and even that is totally out of whack and irresponsible
this kid might be 500m, too, but he is nowhere near messi
well, I am quite sure you can rule this one out unless you offer him some crazy salary
Not that I think we will get him, but if we do, of course we won't bankrupt the club (the notion that we are on the verge of bankruptcy is so lame, peddled by a bunch of lazy journalists, especially foreign). We almost always pay big transfer fees in installments, and it looks that our cash situation has improved, we should have the money to fit him in. Salary-wise it is a totally different discussion though, as I see the 400m number floating around but not sure how much more room we have to incorporate his big salary.
He will be among the biggest stars of the next decade. I am ok with all the baggage.
Hey if Barca is giving candies to everybody it doesnt mean everybody has to; he should get Coman money, Sane is way better. If Sane didnt start to perform like he is doing this year yes it would really fuck up our salary hierarchy. If he puts his foot down perhaps news will appear again that bayern bought Raphina, it worked wonders with Coman
P.s wrong quote post
If there is no worries about his muscle injuries, then yes I am ok with the baggage he brings

I am just wondering would you guys be Ok with his 50M salary + all the Raiola crap ?
i think people might have to reconsider the way we view our superstar signings and not compare it to messi.
the raiola crap is inevitable and club also might want to not keep him forever.
remember that this club got rid quickly of the following players: R9, Rivaldo, Ronaldinho, Eto'o, Ibra etc.
haaland wasn't raised in la masia, is no family man and doesn't have anything in common with the city/country. messi had all that and he was the best ever, that's why we din't ditch him as quickly as the mentioned superstar forwards.
so i expect haaland to be here for 5 years max. if we do get him that is.
