Depends. On paper and real-life are somewhat incompatible. It's gonna be a volatile front trio. Look at MSN, with all the mumbo jumbo about how close and inseparable they were, they gave us only 1 truly elite season. Not even that, more like 8 months if I think about it.
Galactico models are hard to work with, and generally don't last. But Madrid might just be the most suitable club to get that rolling well, because of how cut-throat they are with players that slack off and don't work hard enough -> opposite of us who basically pamper legends for years and years of crap professionalism and laziness.
In galactico teams, there are a lot of egos at work, a lot of money needed, and in the end, it's not worth it. Give me an elite manager instead, and professional, fit, and not mentally frail, good players on most positions, with 2-3 key stars that don't kick up a fuss and elevate the team.

Only for those who think beating the shit out of Celta and Leganes 6-1, while sharing penalties and such is this big deal in the grand scheme of things.
It's an uncomfortable truth that Barca fans like to pretend it doesn't exist. MSN fell short of what was expected of them. They were too talented for their own sake and on the lazy side, all of them.

Bro I think msn lasted 3 years? We got a treble out of it and one more league title and a bunch of other cups. That's a huge success
Unlike Madrid's original galacticos they were a failure. But bale benzema Ronaldo era was a success too

Bale Benzema Ronaldo was a bigger success than MSN, because they delivered against the biggest teams in those years. MSN were comfortable showing off vs Leganes, Getafe, and Osasuna. And when it was time to go to work and prove they are the best in CL they disappeared, getting outshone by fecking Griezmann and Dybala.
2015 was beautiful, but again, it was a one-time thing. They didn't manage to sustain that level of concentration and ambition except for some months, from January to June in 2015. I would say that we were the clear best team in the world for only a brief period with MSN. Other than that, it was strength on paper, that failed to deliver in the big games.
Losing 0-3 to a team like Juventus was especially embarrassing. Failing to score in 180 mins vs the same players Madrid scored 4 goals past in a single game.

2 league titles, 1 CL in 3 years, it's very good, but not legendary or something like that. Plenty of teams manage to do that with lesser attacks, and wages. Look at peak Liverpool with Mane, Salah, Firmino. 1 CL final, 1 CL title, back to back, 1 EPL. Even that trio outperformed MSN in the Champions League.
Let's get something straight, I'm not saying they weren't very good, I'm saying that people said at the time that this trio will dominate Europe for years after 2015. It never did. It was a one time thing.
Next year they were sent packing in CL by Simeone and Griezmann, perennial underachievers according to this forum, and then humiliated by Juventus, other chokers who were trashed by Madrid in the final.

Sergh is right, MSN was the best trio in history but they won only 1 cl together. I expected at least 2 but better 3 Cl's from them. BBC lasted longer, were crucial for 2014 cl win and 2018. In 2016 and 2017 Bale wasn't important.

You're completely missing the point.
I don't demand anything, I'm strictly stripping away the romanticism and fan bias and judging MSN on what they did show. The point is galactico teams often look better on paper than in real life.
On paper, MSN is ultra favorites for 3CLs and record-breaking performances, you have 3 of the world's best 5 players. Every fan was imagining the start of a great period of domination. In reality, they won 1 treble in great fashion, were disappointing in the 2nd season, and trashed in the 3rd. While their rivals set the bigger records.
I'm talking about CL here.
