Nothing anyone can do when he's being dumb. Injuries happens. Won't be the end of the world if he has one injury plagued season.

But if he keep playing injured and aggravates it...that's another story. Normally a club might decide to not let a player play if he doesn't take the required tests but Dortmund knows Haaland is gone in the summer. The 75m price is fixed even if he sustains a worse injury. They don't really care to protect him from himself now if he won't listen to them.
