How about a bet for the Haaland fanboys here?

I bet that by the end of the season, April May, when the important games are being played,
Pep will be benching Haaland and playing Alvarez up top..

EDIT: or an another scheme without a 9.
But point is: no Haaland

If all goes wrong between them, perhaps he will play him out wide, as he did with Zlatan.

People are so kneejerk these days. It was his first match, at a new team, in a competition that doesn't matter. I am not his fan, but it's too soon to write him off.

People should pump the brakes a little next time they project Haaland will score more career goals than lads like Messi and CR7 who have 800 goals

That's 16 seasons of 50 goals for club + country

He wouldn't score that many goals even if he went back to farmers league he came from

He wouldn't even have to play one match for real ones to know he would never have fit in here and is levels below mbappe

Bollox ..

The Ciry players just have to learn how to play with him

He made loads of runs but only KDB saw one and messed up the through ball

Haaland is the next big thing .. it is his time now both Messi and FakeRonaldo are in sharp decline .
He is a kid in a new country playing in a team that takes time to get used to .. Grealish struggled last season and even Mahrez took a year to fit in .

Haaland stats

86 goals in 89 games Dortmund
Best goals per minutes ratio in Bundesliga History .

Fastest player ever to score 20 Champions League goals
