Pep hates strikers and wants false 9

If even Zlatan flopped what chance does haaland have?

Haaland is a better goalscorer than Zlatan ever was. His finishing is on a different level simply.

Lewy and Aguero thrived under Pep(Aguero struggled initially tho)...

Any striker who's limited and has glaring flaws in his game might struggle in new systems.

Lewy and Aguero all have good technique

You don't need good finishing in Pep systems

Players like Sterling were all top scorers due to number of chances made in that team

He still got on the end of a few big chances, i have little doubt he will score a good amount, how he will fit the team overall though, thats a different story.

He doesn't play well but his killer instinct is there. His big miss, comes from his extremely good position ability, already moved when Foden is about to shoot. And that is at 96th minutes of the game.

His technique doesn't close to half of Ibra but he is much faster, also doesn't have attitude problem, eager to learn.

In fairness Ibra has scored 560 goals ( so far) so he is no slouch :)

Something like 11th best ever goal tally

It will be on Google somewhere.. after the Salzburg game he said they were still getting to grips with playing with a proper CF or something along those lines

I understand which comments you're referring to. Klopp said Nunez was isolated upfront and needdd more support. I don't think that means we're struggling to accommodate him at all. This signing was Klopp's personal request. Ofcourse he'll know exactly how he wants to use Darwin.

Look at the game yesterday, he came in replacing Bobby(a false 9) and fitted in straight away. Our system is rigid but in a way flexible too. Jota, Diaz all hit the ground running. Klopp is a genius at this. Don't you worry.

I have no worries about Klopp or Nunez for that matter

It is Diaz?s goal tally that may be an issue ..

He has scored less than 1 goal in 3 and that is in weaker leagues

He is only young though

Maybe the plan is for Nunez and Salah to score all the goals in place of Salah and Mane

Our classic front of Salah Firmino Mane worked despite Bobby not scoring much.

Similarly, Salah Nunez Diaz will work despite Diaz not scoring.

Your forgetting Jota btw who's a brilliant goalscorer.
