Wolfe made some valid points about lack of leadership in the squad but I don't agree with Bartomeu blame here. Team is very good and we should be playing way better football than presented in most games Valverde had coached.

Some quick fixes:
1. Bench some players that are too comfortable (Pique first, Suarez, Busquets, Rakitic)
2. Stop throwing players to start after not playing single minute since the start of the season.

We don't even give youth a chance, not even playing time.

The problems run deep.

He doesn’t give a shit about young players, he doesn’t know how to rotate players. After not giving them a single minute for a month he than expects from them to perform brilliantly when they finally gat a chance to play.

Dembele, Umtiti, Coutinho, Arthur, Malcom are short term solutions? Be serious. We bought only one short term solution this summer and that’s Vidal. We even tryed to get De Jong so this was finally for sure a long term thinking.
