Not all managers are good at superclubs. It is not a rule that if you do well at a smaller club you will do even better at a tier 1 club.

Tottenham is perfect for Pochettino and viceversa.

Poch doesn't have a winner mentality. Spurs still haven't managed to win a tinpot FA cup or League cup under him (even washed up Wenger managed to get these). He's good but he won't be some invincible given Madrid's resources.

- Dembele stays healthy
- Dembele is managed correctly and EV bring the best out of him
- Dembele plays as a LW
