Not too weird. Sandro and Dongou barely get support with Bedia and Nieto on the wings and the latter two aren't exactly game-changers themselves. It was good to see Munir in the squad and hopefully Adama will get used more and more too. Juvenil A can afford to miss them as well now and then with Moha, Ebwelle and Maxi there to back them up.

On the first goal: while Ilie certainly should've done better, it's not entirely his fault. First of all, Samper poorly cleard the ball, then Bagnack lost his attacker who went for the header but didn't reach the ball. Though it was enough irritation for Ilie to clear the ball straight to the Alavs player for the golazo.


All in all, another mediocre performance by Eusebio's team. Once again, they were bailed out by Masip having a great game.
