Need to wait how this deal looks and how long it runs first. First impression is obviously bad if we continue to sell our future income for today's situation. But I'd still wait for LaLiga to approve this deal. They can do whatever they want, they hate us. So it wouldn't surprise me if they will divide the €100m on the years the contract runs just to keep fuckin us.

We'll most likely not know how bad or good these deals actually are before in five years or so at the earliest.

But as already said in the thread, deals that are done to make a deadline and in haste are usually not good deals.

Deal has been in place for months, Madrid I think did the same thing.

So it's definitely not rushed, they always had in as a back up, but didn't want to do it unless needed.

If that's the case then potential to be quite good. Although I don't know how much the other clubs sold their boxes for.

What deal are we talking about?

Seems like it's the VIP boxes for 100m media is reporting.

This is called a bankruptcy move.
You sell the assets that should pay for the loan to build the stadium. In my opinion this is an illegal move and the bank can block the flow.
They risked 1 billion dollars for a club with 1.6 billion debt and now Laporta sells the stadium for Olmo. Lol

8,000 VIP seats at the future Camp Nou for a period of 20 years , at 25,000 euros per seat.
That is piss poor cheap if you ask me. I would pay 2000 for a VIP seat with ease if the conditions are met. Unless it's a scam.
The stadium is not fitted, they don't know what they are buying.
The VIP seats might be a scam because they are on top of the second ring and the visibility will be poor. So maybe 1000 something euros per season per seat isn't bad for the 3'rd ring.

The club has appealed and new decision will be announced on Dec 30th.

I have a solution - unregister Frenkie and sell him to Man Utd immediately for 20m.

Unlike in American Sports where the player's contracts are available to the league and people that cover their sports, that doesn't apply to football in Europe.

All the player contracts in Europe are not publicly available. The only ones who have the knowledge of the contracts are the player, agent and the club.

Capology just takes the average of all the random reports and put it out there. It's already been proven false multiple times when a player's actual contract have been leaked.
Show me the facts.

Show me the facts.
Wage of Frenkie is a good example. It was also verified but the numbers are since this summer lower than before. Can't prove it anymore but if you frequently looked at it in the past you know that Frenkie was our highest paid footballer for years and now he's second place and Lewandowski's wage is still the same.

Frankie's salary is currently shown without deferred payments.

He never received the 37 million euros. This was due to deferred payments.

Last season this was indicated taking into account deferred payments

Keeping Messi was not the answer (we just finished 3rd with him), but fire selling assets (if true) is not either.
