Thiago will move on and so will Barca it happens in football and is very hard for anyone to keep four midfielders of that quality happy.

Sure, why bother keep Thiago? He's only the leader of a generation. The quality of our technical staff is horrendous.

If you are part of the #FueraTito brigade that's cool, but stop repeating the same things over and over again. If you aren't adding substance to this thread, you will get infractions and then bans. Some already have.

Thanks.

I was one of who upset so much about how Tito looks like won't play any young players, his winger Iniesta tactic, looks like a clueless person (vs Bayern) and I mean it's him not the players, he looks like exact copy of Mourinho when manita happened
But I've been think and tried to look from different angle from my point of view, and I come to conclusion of mine, maybe it was easy for us who just analyze (heck, we didn't even have license FIFA like him) without have anything as responsibility. For sure it's take some courage to change things that already proven for few years and his job at risk. I wish he will have courage for that and change for the best.

add:

And one more thing, I think I was unfair to compare him with Pep who's arguable the best coach we had ever. He just at his first year, it's true he inherited the same squad that has a very good players (maybe can be said best Barca team ever) but they also older and some isn't perform at their best as they did when Pep still coach us.

Fair point. I, for one, like him as a person. However, we have an unique set of players, a once-in-a-lifetime generation, that must be managed properly. For now, Vilanova should stay and fight for the La Liga and, most important, for the Champions League. But if he - and I hope he doesn't - faces health problems again or suffers another humiliation in Europe, in these cases Tito must go. But until then, I wish him luck and wisdom.

can we really blame tito for all the bad results over the season dont forget we were unbeaten an walkin away with the league before he took sick

We barely won some of the games in our unbeaten run, like the 5-4 against Deportivo. Plus, we were humiliated in a lot of big games. With the players we have, that's unacceptable.

Dont watch then if you just want to see Barcelona go on unbeaten runs with ease every season it wont happen.

In big games there were issues but it as a good season none the less.

You sound like one totally spoiled fan.

So, I'm spoiled for being pissed about us getting humiliated in most of the big games? Ok.

The 5-4 was a fluke result. Mascherano's red card and Alba's own goal sugarcoated the result for Depor.

People can point to the early season games vs Sevilla or Osasuna to say "we barely scraped by" but those are individual games (which we still won), while many others were comfortable wins. Also people say that he was doing the same things wrong in the first half of the season with the youngsters etc. but in reality he did rotate quite a bit defensively and offensively. Thiago's injury made him unavailable for a large part of that 1st half while Montoya did get consistent time (albeit due to Alves being injured). That consistency in the first half of the season warrants a second chance for Tito at the very least.

but would some of that not be down to players aswell, tito has come in an trying to change things around a bit an try an evolve on the tactics which probably takes the players a bit of time to get used to, an i actually thought the depor game was one a most nerve wrecking but exciting games of the season

Giving him another chance means a big risk of a repeat of this season next season. Shit performances in big games, etc. Even in the first half of the season, we did badly in big games, i.e. we were lucky not to get owned in the Super Cup. Still, it looks like he's staying, so I hope he proves me wrong.

No it's not "we were lucky not to get owned in the Super Cup". We were unlucky that we didn't win, that one goal from an unfortunate error from Valdes cost us the aggregate 5-5 with them winning on away goals.

The only example of a bad decision from Tito in big games during the first half was using Adriano and Song at CB during the league Clasico instead of Bartra. Obviously the horrific injury issues played a part in our difficulties.

Yeah, we did play well in the first leg and get unlucky there. I'll give you that one.

But we were shit in the second leg. I lost count of the sitters Madrid missed. We got dominated and were simply awful in that game. And lucky not to get owned.
