BBB got an infraction for that. Leaving it here as remind that such personal remarks aren't allowed on this forum.

Back on topic.. Yeah, we're not playing good. Lack of pressing, conceding too much, barely managing few shots on target vs. strong teams in CL.. Still for me Tito should stay for another season. He deserved it by winning La Liga back from Madrid and we did reach CL semis. Rosell already said that Tito will be here next year but somehow I see a big possibility of Tito resigning at the end of the season.

we only won la liga because real madrid had messed up big time at the start and dropped alot of points and we still couldnt beat them.

against all big teams we played not good

Very much agree, Tito was the last hope of continuity in terms of success after pep left, To try to preserve the style made that us dominant Europe with, If an 'outside' coach came, He won't rely on tiki-taka for example, He'll try to bring his own 'foreign' style, Which won't make us the best again that's for sure, Unless someone expects another pep.
Speaking of pep, No wonder he took off, He pretty much knew this was a sinking ship.

+1

As Corb wrote, it's time to think about a total team revolution like we did with Rijkaard in 2003/04 and Pep in 2008/09. Football are cycles and we finished one, that's it.

IMO without Tito.

I always thought people were overrating our team on here when they were talking about the great start to La Liga. Of course we started off very, very well but the league was won so quickly because of Real dropping a ton of points in the early stages of the season. We didn't even beat Real.

I'm unsure about what I think should happen to Tito but it's been clear that he and the coaching staff have failed to address very obvious issues that should have been addressed long ago. They had the chance to bring in a CB in the summer or in the winter transfer window but they decided against it and look at us starting a CL semi against the current best team in the world with a Pique who's not up to the standard he once set and young Marc Bartra who was given very little play time all season.

My biggest problem with Tito is his reluctance to make changes. This is not the first time he waits until the last 10 minutes to do something. Countless times earlier in the season he did the same thing of waiting until the last 10 minutes to make any substitutions. In such a big match where we were getting completely outclassed; I was absolutely shocked that there wasn't a change made by the 60th minute. The fact that he waited until the 83rd minute is unbelievable.

Tactically, changes need to be made. I'm extremely against bringing in Neymar but I do believe that one of Pedro or Alexis needs to leave. The False 9 completely useless if the other 2 forwards just stay on the flanks. This is why I couldn't believe Villa wasn't brought in immediately after Bayern's 2nd goal or even at half time.

Interestingly enough, Messi has flourished for Argentina after all the criticism and it's in a deeper role. This is because he has 2 world class strikers in Aguero and Higuain finishing off the chances he creates. I think priority number one is a proper CB but we should also bring in a striker who can actually score. Bring in Falcao or Aguero. We saw how effective Messi was vs Milan in the 2nd leg with a proper striker pinning back the CBs and giving Messi space again.

---------------Ter Stegen------------------
Montoya/Alves ---New CB ---Pique---Alba---
----------------Busquets-------------------
-----Xavi/Thiago-----------Iniesta----------
-----------------Messi---------------------
----------------Falcao/Aguero-----Tello----

Messi would have a free role and could exploit the right wing whenever he wanted. Montoya or Alves would also have space to exploit but have to stay back if Alba goes forward. This is pretty much the formation we used vs Milan in the 2nd leg with a true 9 pinning back the CBs and allowing Messi space.

i hope we will get a new manager next season. After pep leaving we should got a new manager with new ideas and tactics because the style of play dosent work anymore.

THIS. Time for a change. The players need new ideas and new challenges and a person who takes no crap from them.

If Jurgen Klopp speaks Spanish, please bring him. What about Philippe Montanier, Real Sociedad's coach or Rayo Vallecano's coach ? Honnestly, I think that they can be solutions.
There is Marcelo Bielsa too.

Before the game, it was decided Roura would give all press comferences till the end of season. Now, Tito will be the one doing it before the game vs Athletic.

Well , tbf, the La Liga is won practically by Messi's goals and RM dropping so many points. 1st half of the season, El Messiah was in hot rock form with a serie of 1-2-2-2-2-2-3-3-3-2-2-2 goal per match.
