I would feel very comfortable playing with him in a 3412 formation which what we started the game with and he was excellent

Didnt play well.

Too sloppy like the rest of them but didnt have the few quality moments the likes of Pedri and to lesser extent Gavi had.

Would rather have had him in at DM than Busi even when changes made. But he cant complain being taken off either.

First time in while wasnt Barcas best mid in a game.

Good actions until the goal, with energy and drive. Then everything went to shit, as with the whole team.
We are missing in game leaders and a plan after we score and teams press us.
Frankie was as invisible as Busi and Gavi after the goal. All really bad.
Pedri was more involved but not in a positive way.
Sloppy possession losses and slow plays.
All in all, 70 minutes of horror.

May be too late but if United can get Frenkie and Kane this summer then they will be motoring.
