Compared to Bale's transfer Götze was an absolute bargain. Ridiculous really. And I rate him more highly than Bale.

As for Isco being the better 10, he has yet to prove that as the season progresses.

You can't compare, it's different logic of both transfser for both of the clubs. Obviously Perez cares more of giving individual entertainment and get all the eyes on them, the price is crazy considering is just ''assuming'' because he had one stand out season that he can reach same standards as Cristiano Ronaldo because he's a similar player..

Neymar was still Perez's first choice and you already know that....;)

 If you believe that good for you ;)

Ehm.. Goetze had a release clause and that's what Bayern did same as Martinez Bale didn't so it's up to Spurs to decide not Real ... and Isco proved it already last year .. watch Malaga CL games or league games

I know Götze/Bale were different kind of transfers and it was the release clause for Götze? It's still an absolute bargain for Bayern.

Isco hasn't played one season for Real, so nothing has been proven. We'll see if he will be better than Özil.

Gio it is common knowledge that Perez pulled out all the stops to try and buy Neymar and offered 100 million. You're not expecting me to believe that Madrid were intending to buy 2 players at 100 million this summer?

We'll see if it's a bargain or not after a while... shit happen he is a great player i like him but so was Podolski before he moved to Bayern or Gomez..

Isco is not coming out of the moon you know , we all watched him last year with Malaga and in the summer with the Under 21.. during the pre-season and the first 3 games he is keeping the same form we saw last year and added to that he is the club & league current top scorer ... consistency

I think we talked about it and you know as well as i do the reason for the "bid " ;) the club was all eyes on Bale since last autumn ..
and who said Neymar bid was 100 Million ? Lol ... all Perez said that the whole move would have cost the club 150 Million that's not just the fee he was referring too but the 100 % image right you so nicely gave to Neymar

I don't think it's true... It would just kill our dressing room

Bury your head in the sand. The whole world knows that Bale was your second choice as you lost Neymar to Barca. Madrid won't be so petty to bid for a player just to put up the price. Now that would be immature.

Has gotze played a complete season for bayern.if you want to compare deals:compare isco' transfer to gotze's.

You cannot possibly compare Götze with Podolski though...

Götze was as much a bargain as Bale was overprized. All kinds of things might happen in the future - Götze might fail and turn out to be overrated, Bale might turn out to be completely worth the money. I can't foresee things.
But as I see it right now, in a world where Bale costs 100 million, getting a player like Götze for 37 million is a bargain.

I've known about Isco too. But that doesn't prove whether or not he will be a better #10 for Real than Özil. That remains to be seen. Just as I've known about Mesut before 2010 and even 2009, but how he would be for Real Madrid wasn't visible until he played for them, wasn't it. But if the preseason and a few early Liga games are enough proof for you, there you go. I prefer to wait. I wouldn't say Neymar, who has shown to be brilliant before, has proven himself at Barcelona yet either, or would you?

Has gotze played a complete season for bayern.if you want to compare deals:compare isco' transfer to gotze's.
Has Bale played a complete season for Real then?

Imo Bale hasn't proven himself more than Götze has. Götze is three years younger and has shown to be brilliant in the UCL last season.

Plus, it was only my opinion that Götze > Bale. Buying such a talent for such a price seems like a bargain to me. Don't know what Isco has to do with that.
