On a serious note, ever since the start of the season I felt that we would be the perfect team for either Bale or Ronaldo to play against. We offer space at the back like no other team, and to add insult to injury our CBs aren't fast enough to make up ground. He has got his missing confidence and he will probably start having good overall performances in the big games more often.

He's three years older than Neymar and people should be expecting him to have a better first season than Neymar given his maturity and the team he plays for (I feel that Madrids style of play compliments Bale more than our style compliments Neymar), however I have no doubt who of these two has more quality and has a bigger potential.

I got a ban for this when I said it in the Neymar thread. NO IM NOT TROLLING, But I'm wondering how many people here think it's true at all?

Bale has relaxed into his role and taken the pressure with ease. He's not been a phenomenal signing, but I feel this season he's just settling in, next year he will want to explode.

He's still overpriced but yeah he is a lot better fit for RM then Neymar at barça. His speed and shot are very impressive.

he was quite shit other than one play in three games, one play that was a clusterfuck but fair play to him he took his chance on that play. chill bra.

But I don't like this kind of player who push the ball up front and run like headless chicken… against parked bus he can't do anything, and a lot of madridistas complained about him many times this season when Madrid faced defensive teams who don't leave spaces behind their defense.
