I know man but I'm just putting minimums pretty much. How do you rate our current XI(BBC + James,unbalanced as fuck imo) compared to my "somewhat realistic dream XI"?
That being:
DDG
Carvajal-Varane-Ramos-Marcelo
James-Verratti-Modrić-Isco(konoplyanka)
Dybala - Benzema(or Benz replacement like Aubameyang) ?

Selling Bale and Kroos would bring in over 150 M $$ and Ronaldo to PSG also another 50. Our defence of Ramos,Pepe,Varane(+ Vallejo) is good enough and we are covered on the RB with Carvajal /Danilo. For defence the only thing needed is Marcelo backup,probably some young good talent who's at least better than Arbeloa. Moreno,Gaya,Rodriguez are among the more expensive options. Navas for DDG is optional but it wouldn't cost too much (for example selling Navas for 15-20 M then buying DDG for 40-50).
For MF we already have plenty of options (James,Isco,Modrić,Kovačić,Casemiro,Asensio) etc . We should still look for Tielmans/Verratti who are highly contested. Verratti will only work if we sell Ronaldo to PSG or if PSG buys Pogba or even both. I'd prefer Dybala for the RF position and if we sell Benzema then it's Aubameyang/Embolo or something. I'd sort it like this and I'm considering DDG a must because he's Spain's GK(our tradition).
Out: Navas - 15-20 M
Kroos - 50 M at least ?
Ronaldo - 50 at least
Bale - 80 at least - It'd probably be Navas 15,Kroos 60+,Ronaldo 70,Bale 100. We can get at least 250
In:
DDG - 50
Dybala Juventus singed him for 32,we could get him for 60 imo.
Verratti 80-100
LB backup . This would come around 230 if we pay 100 for Verratti and 20 M for a backup LB.
(optional) LW - Konoplyanka/Reus
Something like:
DDG

James-Verratti/Casemiro-Modrić/Kovačić-Isco/LW
Dybala - Benzema/Aubameyang
It's obviously very hard to pull but we could manage without Verratti by fielding for example Casemiro-Modrić or Kovačić-Modrić. The main point is getting rid of Bale/Ronaldo or both if possible and getting Dybala. I think this starting 11 would be magnificent. Verratti and Kovačić are worksehorses who aren't egoistic,they'd help the defence so much and it would free-up Modrić who's in the same position as Marcelo now,being overloaded with duties. Not to mention that players like James,Benzema and Isco would have so much more freedom.
Better defending, more connected DEF,MD and ATT, players having more freedom and not being choked by the laziness and egos of Bale and Ronaldo. Much better dribbling and passing since Bale and Ronaldo don't excel at either.

How can you say or defence is good enough? Varane is injury prone and a pace merchant to boot. Ramos is just plain retarded, always has been, and it has cost us over the years. Sure, he scores plenty of goals for a cb, and do a trick once in a while, but he is no where good enough as a defender. Danilo needs to go asap, he is worse than arbeloa. I dont see the need for DDG either, Navas has been our best player this season. We need new defenders, i wouldnt mind if we sold Ramos, though it will not happen.
The rest of it is quite spot on, Verratti should be a priority for us, as is a lb backup.
Benzema will probably go to prison, so we should find a suitable striker, and that suitable striker depends alot on whether or not Ronaldo and Bale stays. I hope we get rid of them both,

Big name footballers don't go to jail that easily. Keylor will stay too (probably as a backup for De Gea).

From big names you could end up selling Ronaldo and Modric and that will be it imo.
Hopefully for Barca, PSG won't let you have Verratti because, for me, that's the only player that can make any significant difference.
New manager will change things for the better too.

You are right, we most likely wont sell both Balae and Ronaldo, idk why we would sell Modric though. Kroos wont leave either.
Im done with Danilo, he is our Douglas, only that he costs alot more, and somehow got a reputation for being a decent rb from somewhere. One of the worst rbs i have seen in my life, sell him in january if it can be done.
Anyway, it will take alot more than just Verratti to turn things around.

Buy First Team: Winger To replace Ronaldo, Striker to replace Benzema

So basically buy 4 back ups and 2 first team replacements.

My ideal first team replacements would be Reus and Lewandowski.
I hope we don't waste money on De Gea.

Bale won't be a poacher ,You can take that for granted , With no pressure Of feeding Cr up front Bale will Do what he did in Spur's .. He will provide the width and pace in flanks ,He will have the freedom to shoot from any were(Not the case with cr upfront,who would get upset in such instances) , and most probably he would be feeding Benz / Lawa or may be Aguero who knows ?? These guy's may not notch up the numbers that Ronaldo had last season but would provide crucial goal's when needed.Not saying that cr never provided crucial goals but last 2 years he has been invisible in Important match's apart from few , !!!

Thats not true from what i have seen. The matches that Ronaldo has been injuried/suspended/rested Bale has been just as garbage as usual, he just doesnt fit in here and likely never will. Ronaldo cant do much about the fact that Bale is only sligthly functional when he got 10 yards or more to work with.

Benz/lewa etc maybe, but i hope you are not also speaking about Bale here. His goal stats against top teams is absolutely dreadful, yeah Ronaldo might be bad against top opposition this year, but thats nothing compared to Bale.

As a player Bale is Not even a match to cr7 in any aspect, my point is bale ,might do much better in Cr7's absence .i feel like he and james doesn't have enough freedom to play according to their strengths .. May be , just my assumptions ...!!
