As a player Bale is Not even a match to cr7 in any aspect, my point is bale ,might do much better in Cr7's absence .i feel like he and james doesn't have enough freedom to play according to their strengths .. May be , just my assumptions ...!!

The evidences so far points to that Bale is playing awful when Ronaldo is out, just as he does when Ronaldo is in the team. I doubt that will change anytime soon.
But one thing is true, Ronaldo takes free kicks which should be given to Bale/James, as they are both much better than him at free kicks.

Despite the gap in quality, I bet RM is still the bigger name with the bigger pull of the two to most footballers out there. I could easily see Lewandowski moving to Madrid, especially if Pep ends up leaving Bavaria.
