The way I see it: Barca are more likely to be consistent against clubs outside of Madrid next season, but Madrid will have the advantage in the Clasicos.

Barca will win the league for this reason (if we buy a good defender). Bale arriving is obviously good but in the first season he will need to adapt and CR might not be happy, this will affect your consistency. Ancelotti is a new coach and there are new players. Your consistency will be affected and this gives us the advantage in the Liga as its the most important factor. You can easily win the Liga and lose both Clasicos.

Madrid will be stronger this year imo.

Carlo is a great coach, but there are cases when his counter attack tactics can fail. You'll see it this season.

To be more clear, carlo's tactics are mainly based on scoring fast. If his team doesn't, the more time passes, the less his team can score.

Madrid is still my favorite for next season, but I'm honest, they did really sh** at times last year in Liga. They lost matches they should never have. It was humiliating.

If beating your local rival in the first time in years (literally 13 ) is an achievement ,I'd also recording the biggest defeat for you in Camp Nou clasico in 50 years an achievement too... or fielding our subs to beat you 4 days later... It work both ways you know ;)

As i said ... you were more successful ... but better ? when you fail to beat your local historical rival ..several times... sorry you ain't better

Simple facts little boy

No no the point was that Madrid lost the cup final against a fair inferior rival in humiliating fashion.

So much for the super strong Real Madrid in the second half of the season eh?

The better team is judged over a season not couple of head to head games.

Barcelona had better head to head the season before did they not? When Real won it.

Oh sorry i forgot that means nothing and Real were still the better team then.

Some much logic.

Most expensive squad in the world and win diddly squat. Good going.

Of course even with consistency issues they'll still win a lot of games anyway because of the difference in quality. So the Clasicos will still matter and Real have the advantage there. There is still a stronger chance they'll drop more points than us vs smaller teams next year and this helps us. Ultimately it's consistency that wins the league and for this reason I think we will win by a small margin.

Your point?

You're throwing lies.

You try to argue that because the barca lost against bayern, and because they lost to you, then they were not better. Which is false.

1/ You lost against Dortmund and won against MU by a completely pathetic way. Even Mourinho admitted it right after.
2/ A league is not about winning a classico, but gaining most points. Which barca did brillantly and set a record, when Madrid completely failed.
3/ Madrid won nothing last year. That was a complete humiliation. And it's not a case of not being Lucky, Madrid was just bad most of the season. Not up to their supposed ranking at all.

We beat both United & Galatasary on agg... did they beat PSG even ? in the KO Round Barca record is 3 defeats , 1 win and 2 draws... .
Barca was more successful last year.. but not better .. live with it

The problems you mentions affect us at the highest level and we will struggle against big teams like last year, but against weak Liga opposition our consistency will help us.

I still have doubts about CR staying Hammy.. you know that...
Like every year.. you know where we will be looking... and it's not la liga... but our holy grail ...
I think also Carlo may surprise you.. we have turned to a very predictable team last year and Jose failed to change tactics to gain back the upper hand , a new coach will be an element of surprise especially that we don't have a definite way of playing like you guys...

This element of surprise is great, but any changes Carlo makes takes time and you could drop points vs the smaller teams as the new players adapt and new tactics are implemented.

If CR leaves and bale comes at least you won't have infighting, but there's still an adaption period. We don't have this and it gives us the edge in the liga.

I like how Beast treats me as some blind barca fan with his "live with it", while I'm not a fan of both, and that i said many times that I think Madrid will win the LIga next season.

I saw carlo at PSG during a year and a half, and I think he'll win the liga this season.

Atletico last year was anything but inferior .. if they didn't have this recent awful record against us no one would call them inferior
They have the best defensive record in la liga , better than both Real & Barca by a lot and not just few goals....
If you don't know what you are talking about refrain from posting... Atletico was second behind Barcelona for a long period of the season
yeah the season before at least we managed to beat you at home 2-1 .. something you can't claim last year despite playing us 6 times outside once in the super cup

CR is not leaving. All insiders we have here said it. It's all over the french NEWS today that he accepted his new contract at Madrid...

Wasn't he back for the CL defeat Flavia ?

Most of you were calling for his head.... Tito being healthy or not wouldn't matter a lot... you know that
It would. Before his relapse the team was really good. The effect his disease and absence had on the team's performance can't be overlooked.

I also remember you saying the team that wins la liga is the best, despite the clasicos. Might be my mind confusing you with someone else, but a madridista had this discussion with dalitis. It was before the rm win on camp nou, with only the 1-3 at bernabeu being discussed.

I think the only difference Hammy is all of the players we got are either from our B team or from la liga.. so the adaption to la liga is minimum .. only if Bale comes he will be an outsider but the players added in Casemiro (Castilla ) Carvajal (Castilla/Leverkusen ) , Jese Rodriguez (Castilla ) , Morata ( Castilla ) , Nacho (Castilla ) and Isco & Illarramendi both know most of those players through la liga and the Spanish under 21... so i wouldn't be worried that much about the adaption ..only if Bale comes..
I still doubt any infighting even if CR decides to stay... Carlo is good in dealing with super stars and he already started publicly with CR

They say Real Madrid is going to be a lot stronger next season, what they fail to mention is that Barca will also be a lot stronger next season.
We have got a brilliant coach in Tata.
The pressing game is back.
Neymar is here.
Much more rotation.
And the defence will also be stronger next season.
We will counter-attack when we can,
We will play faster, which suits our forwards,(messi, neymar, tello, sanchez)
And we also have Rubi who is a set-piece specialist coach.

Atletico were/are massively inferior to Real Madrid and Barcelona and both beat them at home convincingly and away with virtual second string teams.

Ah i see all these very specific rules that you use to judge who is the better team..... strangely they all seem to suit Real Madrid.

What about last season when Real won it but they lost twice to Barcelona at home 2-1 3-1 and drew the other?

That means nothing but imagine it was the other way around.

You forgot the thing that matters: you still have Messi.

Despite thinking Madrid will win the LIga, I still think Messi is better than CR and will prove it again.

It's sad for Ronaldo, and I think it's part of the reason that he didn't leave Madrid. He wants to beat messi. But I fear it will never happen. Even more since messi is younger. CR will start delcining before him.

Less than a month to sign a good defender, and each day that passes, the more reluctant a club will be to lose their best defenders this close to next season.
