I think its a good deal.

He will play under a manager that idolises the Barcelona passing game and will have to do a lot of growing up and developing on the park.

Players over there wont care about his reputation and will not put up with lack of work rate selfishness and petulance that he still shows a lot of. To be a success over there he will have to grow up a fair bit.

A lot will be learned about his character in the next year.

Not under Moyes but he suits Martinez style if he is to develop for Barca.
