He was way better than Vermaelen and Bob was a LB. Can't believe he was played yesterday after the Sevilla match. Should be 1 match a week for him. Still puts in some fine performances and is out best in defending set pieces, but his weaknesses are compounded when we are outnumbered (or equal numbers) and have other slow players in the defensive half.
