Yeah, his approach seems to be to motivate the players to be very sharp and focused on each match so that he doesn't have to change the way he thinks football should be played.

It can go south pretty fast if the players don't respond well. We're not playing with 11 Raphinhas here . He is the only one in the entire team who you can count on to play at the same level be it Madrid, Bayern, or Celta.

No outlets for midfield for quick plays > doesn't force opponents to react enough > opponents in a position to play their pace tather than rush things > our press is less effective > our defense now gets exposed because it is build on the idea of high pressure and making the other team reactionary.

I agree that we need a fast left winger, as we have problems when one of the Lamine / Raphinha pairs does not play.

But fucking Leao is the worst choice. He is lazy without the ball, he is very unstable, top level coaches, for example Ancelloti, openly talk about this.
