Does anyone know how bad his injury is?

They'll have results today I'm sure as to the extent of his layoff...I would guess somewhere between 4-6 weeks...unless you're Fabregas which would be more than 15 weeks

Further tests have confirmed Afellay has a muscle tear in his left thigh. He's expected to be out for 4 to 5 weeks.

Very disappointed because the 2 supercup games coming up, i would have liked to see the likes of Afellay play

It never is good to hear a player 'out' due to injury but with Jeffren being at the brink of exit, with Messi and Sanchez at the vacation, Afellay's month long injury is a concern for the coach's plans.

Always been a fan of footballers with great pace and speed.. except for C. Ronaldo (his body movement makes me want to puke).
But more like Roberto carlos in his hay-days.. had pace, speed and stamina to.
Like to see Ibi run this season.. most of the time he'll find himself alone and no one in the sixteen but the runs are spectacular on their own ;D.
