Lol these players and agents suddenly realizing the current board aren't one to play with.

I assume the hard line is coming from Ferran Reverter more than anyone else who has the biggest job of turning our financial situation around.

This is getting ugly. He will probably end up playing for Juvenil A and than leave for free next summer.

Not good whispers.

The kid played amazing in some of his appearances, and below quality in others. I think his best option is to add two years and keep playing with the first team.

If he still wants to leave then atleast allow the club to earn a transfer fee higher than the formation fee's atleast. In that aspect, I like what Dortmund and others do when players want to leave with gentleman agreements.

That assumes in 2 or 3 years he still has the same hype. But there's so much uncertainty in sports. Generally it's a perfectly fine attitude to get as much money as soon as possible. It's not like we will show him any loyalty if he stays and it shows that he's not good enough. He ain't no Puig.

The main problem is having a new agent.
When a guy changes agents couple of time while he is still 18 then the agent need to prove his "worth" to them and try to get a fantastic deal for the player.
He has no incentive to work the long term plan, since he knows he might not be there when it happens.
OTOH the player and his family aren't really making it easy, this is the 2nd time (with different agents) they use "we are gonna leave" card and ask for huge wages. The club is in no position to offer that.
While the family says the right things to the public, they aren't doing the same for the club.

No need for that, he should be sold immediately.
If he refuses, send him to the lowest youth team he can be registered at and don't allow him to play.

Nobody would pay anything for him.

Yea, totally. Let's see who will buy him after a year of non-appearances. No need to develop a player who wants to exploit the club.

We might get 10-20m for him. His sign on fee would possibly be around the 10m range anyways so it's worthwhile for club who would want to avoid the free market competition.

I think you're overestimating his market. His showings were a mixed bag.
