If what Moises says is true, considering he's one of the more reliable Barca based Journalists. It surprises me that Rakitic wasn't happy with the De Jong signing.
We aren't going to sit around and wait until he and Busi are like 33+years before making a move for a new Midfielder who can succeed both of them. Considering how much Valverde uses him and trusts him, it's not like he's going to be on the bench that quickly.

He probably will feel that he can play another ten years given that he’s basically given a free ride here to what the hell he wants to do .. I can’t ever recall him breaking his neck to get back in defence to stop an attack or whatever .. there’s only him and Messi who seem to have the luxury of doing what they want ..
