Busqs plays a different position than those two ( looks like a different sport as well some days ) Busqs just suffers when he’s behind a player ( Rakitic) who just leaves massive gaps behind that Busqs is supposed to fill .
FDJ will extend Busqs’s career by two years or more !

Exactly ... none of them offered any type of cover for Busqs though ... maybe Vidal is the best at that .
Busqs is less effective and more vulnerable when Rakitic is on the pitch..

Your writing and processing was good. But no i think a lot of posters he don't believe both are world class.
I don't think selling vidal is worthwhile, he is much better than the fee you can get (15-20 mil)
Rakitic and busi could fetch 45 mil each or more. I think we should be open to sell both but i think busi is a protected player for what he did for spain and club mostly for pre 2013 Confed Cup play. That was a long time ago.

Rakitic is okay. The problem is the manager thinks he's an all time great.
Busqs is still the focal point of the team imho .. he’s still shows moments of genius that get the crowd gasping ... he has made more errors in recent times but I’m convinced if he had a more mobile , combatative player around him like Chelsea’s Kante we will still have the same Busqs to pull the strings whilst helping in defence .

Unless an offer around 50m is on the table Rakitic should stay. It's not his fault neither is Busquets to an extent that he is being overplayed by an incompetent manager that plays it safe all the time .
