If I undestand correctly he'll train with Sporting until our preseason starts and then they'll have to decide whether they'll sign him or not. We don't count on him and if we can get some money out of this instead of terminate his contract (and probably pay him for that) or loan him (and cover part of his wages) then I'm ok with that. He had injury problems last season so it's understandable Sporting wants to see what's his status. If they won't decide to buy we can still sell him to Zubi or Turkey.

He is almost 34 and he had many injuries. It is normal that a player like him leaves for free.
I mean Roberto was able to get money from Adriano, but he was 2 years younger last summer.
