Jesús Navas

Adil, how would he in any way ruin his career with a move to Madrid? It would be idiotic, because Madrid is fucked up, but his career would not in any way be ruined. Why? Because he's already an established player.

you think navas would play over ronaldo? he's a regular starter and deserves to be playing week in and week out. similar to vdv, sneider, hunter, and many others who have gone to madrid as established players only to regress due to lack of opportunities and playing time. navas should stay at sevilla ideally because he's the perfect man to link up with fabiano and kanoute, or if he really wants to move, then go to valencia or somewhere abroad where he'd play. it would be a huge loss for him, and for the spanish NT, if he were to move to madrid. but its his choice in the end, he wouldn't be the first to get swayed by the $$$$ madrid like to flash around.

going to valencia? they would not be able to afford him and atm, that would be a downgrade

do you know how many midfielders/strikers madrid has? and how many of those were bought in the last 2 years? at some point this policy of buy buy buy buy buy buy buy stops making sense.

yes, but do you know how useless the most of them are?, and Navas is not competing with the midfield, he's competing with the wingers and that's only Marcelo and Ronaldo.
The funds for his transfer will come with a Benzema departure. They'll get ~25 for him, +another 15 and they have Navas.

For young players, I agree, but if they would have a tall striker, it would have been the ideal team for Navas and his su´per crosses.

yes, and then after 1 season they will sell navas and buy the latest hotshot. after 1 season, sell him and buy someone else. and again and again and again. caring little for the careers they ruin along the way.

youg players? vdv, sneider, hunter, saviola, dudek are just some of the names that i can think of off the top of my head that have moved to madrid as older, established players and have gained nothing by the move. soon you'll be able to add benzema, gago, drenthe, to that list as well. madrid=warzone, enter at your own peril.

I have same feeling for Navas. So don't want him to go to RM. Madrid...get some other players for your graveyard.

Barçapocalypse NOW!
Have in mind that Navas is looking forward to win some titles, and Madrid offers him that, something that Sevilla can't (unless you highly rate Copa del Gay), so it's not only about the money...

I would hate to see him go to join the scum, but as long as we're ahead of them they can buy whoever they want and "ruin" as many carreers as they like!
