I wonder if he's talking about "Overpriced" English Talents.

Their's this idea that young Talented English prospects cost more to buy than Foreign Players. (Not that I believe that's true) but I seen that Sentiment by Various fans of the BPL and other leagues.

Stones will be a lot of money, but from what I've seen and heard he has a lot of talent and is praised quite a bit by a lot of players.

Wouldn't mind us Getting stones myself personally.
