Awesome player and a nightmare for opposition wingers. You definitely ain't going to beat him for pace so that must demoralise you instantly.

I had a feeling we'd have at least one injury.

We're going to have to think up some options for our back line if he is out for an extended amount of time. Adriano can barely even be trusted in easy games, nevermind the crucial ones.

Hope he gets chewed out by LE and his team-mates. That was some stupid running he was doing. Needs to be smarter than that.

If this injury is serious his stupidity might cost the team dearly.

Very frustrating indeed. But, it could also be a blessing in disguise. Say he gets 3 weeks of rest now, and we manage without him in the meantime, and he comes back with more fuel in the tank for the last and most difficult part of the season. It could work out well in the end.

Trying to be optimistic, but perhaps this should be posted in the "Positive Thinking Culés" thread

It would be great to have him in the Sevilla game, that one is going to be very intense. Let's see what the medical says after the game, really hope it's not too bad. Honestly it looked like a minor pull, he didn't show too much pain. Then again, that's hard to gauge.

But yeah, the amount of running he did was absolutely unecessary, he needs to be more mindful than this... I mean, he was inviting give and go challenges where he had to burst past his marker almost every time he had the ball in their half. He played as if it was a final

Come on Jordi...
