I'm glad for him. ^^

:)

Who's the guy behing him in dark blue jeans, wearing a white shirt and black tie under a sweater? I've been trying to figure out this for a while.

He was put in such a difficult situation and had trouble dealing with it before but he's done well lately. He can't be blamed for anything as he's not supposed to have to do what he has been forced to do. This should keep the vultures away :)

Aureli Altimira.

Aka one of the guys on FM who is paid millions but still has poor stats.*

* But isn't he one of the key pieces of the backroom staff of Barca?

Everyone that's been blaming him for the recent defeats should be giving him credit for the first ever Champions League come back from two goals down and no away goal.

Please. The whole gameplan had 'Tito' written all over.

I sure hope the players do something special for him after this season. He was given a very tough job and was criticized a lot without it being is fault (?).
Very happy for him, he too deserved it.

The whole gameplan of Cesc in the middle and Iniesta on the wing had 'Tito' written all over more than this gameplan since Tito actually used that in the first half of the season. If you wanna give credit to Tito for getting through in the CL, you need to blame him for the Copa exit. If you wanna blame Roura for the Copa exit you need to give him credit for getting through in the CL.

+1 So many people blamed Roura, so now they should give him credit.

Although the lineups were never his own. It was mentioned many times that Tito was picking the team, he has a full setup in the States to watch the games from and he then communicated with Roura.

Also, although Tito is still taking on some of his managerial duties, Roura has taken some of the responsibility. He has to give instructions to the players during the game(like telling them to calm down), manage their training and he also speaks with them during half time. It's not like he's a nobody, he was Titos assistant, he's a key part of the squad, he deserves some of the credit even for the first half of the season. Roura's more underrated than Busquets at the moment.
