The reason Pellegrini got a lot of crap is because he lost 4-0 to a Alcorcon, a 3rd division midtable club and also for the terrible run at the CL.



He was very good in the league however. We barely won at the Camp Nou that year with a wonder goal from Zlatan and they were still fighting us for the title until the last match.
